Microsoft Windows 11

I noticed that for approximately 10 minutes, it runs at 100% capacity, and then when I unplug my charger, it drains very fast and shuts down. Moreover, when my laptop is shut down, I think it is not charging because there is no light indicator on the side. What should I do?

It sounds like the battery may no longer be holding a charge properly. you should first try a different charger if you have one available, then check if the charging port is clean and the connection is secure. If the charging light doesn't come on even when the laptop is off, it could be a problem with the battery, charger, or charging circuit. Running the HP Battery Check from HP Hardware Diagnostics is a good next step if you're able to power the laptop on.
