Hi @lethaibao,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It's not uncommon for laptops to experience slight battery fluctuations after unplugging, especially when they are newly calibrated. However, a drop from 100% to 94% immediately after unplugging can be due to a few factors.

  • Battery Calibration: Even though you've calibrated the battery, it might take a few more charge cycles to stabilize the battery reading. It’s normal for a battery's percentage to show minor fluctuations as the system adjusts.
  • Battery Wear and Health: After about 2-3 weeks, the battery should be in good health. If the battery’s wear is not significant, this might just be how your system is interpreting the battery charge. You can check the battery health in Windows by typing "Battery Report" in the search bar and reviewing the report to see if there are any anomalies.
  • Battery Sensing Accuracy: Sometimes the software that detects the battery level can be slightly off, causing the percentage to fluctuate. This might be a software-related issue rather than a hardware one.
  • Power Settings: If your laptop has power-saving features or dynamic power usage settings, these could cause the battery to drop quickly as the system adjusts performance when unplugged.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
