Im having with my hp notebook it’s stuck on ho logo just keeps loading does not do anything after that i did system extensive test it give an battery error. LIKE BELOW 

Battery cheak : primary - Replace (40) 

failure ID : Q4V56J-7NAC73-XD7WLK-C09003.

please help

the part number is as follows use, that part number in a search engine to find a reseller

 

4-cell, 41-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery 807957-001
