Product: HP zbook studio G5

For months now I had my laptop freeze on and off, it becomes very hot and then just freezes. This problem is especially prevalent when the AC adapter is connected. Now it has become frequent enough to be a serious bother so I decided to run a diagnostics check, starting with the power. And sure enough I found a problem. Then I went to look up the failure ID code but as I understand from other posts this is no longer possible. I did also see that some people can still figure out the problem. Therefore I have included the failure ID and would like to ask if anyone can tell me more. 
Failure ID code:  GSKXJJ-9LDBR3-MFPXHG-C0DG03

 

As for the issue the laptop still charges but the battery life has decreased over time. Now it just becomes very hot and freezes the computer. It already burned through my cooling paste which I then replaced believing that was the issue. Whenever I plug in the adapter it is basically a timebomb before it freezes again.
