Hi.My PC losts bios.I download this file sp56497 to other PC i try to install it and after i select destination to install it and select next nothing happents and i take first.Error IHISI:Get support mode fail in SMI!And after BIOS did not support InsydeFlash.

A PC can't LOSE a BIOS -- as it is programmed into the firmware of a chip on the system board.
It sounds like you were trying to use a second PC to somehow do the BIOS restore/update and you can't do that -- you have to apply it to the PC where it is needed.
So, what it the situation with the original PC?
