Bios seitting

След неразбираеми причини настройките на Bios се занулиха. Последва ъпдейт на версията на биоса. При пускане на лаптопа изписва ,че липсват номерата на дънната платка и други характеристики. Опитах да ги въведя в биос менюто, но там няма възможност . Как да въведя нужните сер. номера ?

For some unknown reason, my BIOS settings have been reset. I then updated the BIOS version. When I start the laptop, it says that the motherboard numbers and other characteristics are missing. I tried to enter them in the BIOS menu, but there is no option to do so. How can I enter the necessary serial numbers?
