Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi im looking for a download link of a bios i cant seem to find on the internet. I have a Victus 15-fb0xxx and am looking for  BIOS F.13. 

I know its an older update but ive been told its more stable than the newer bios version updates. The latest version has a bug and limits my laptop cpu usage.
