Product: Hp elite folio 9480
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop suddenly shut down and while starting it up a blue screen came up indicating “after multiple times your pc failed to start “ I can’t find my bit locker  key and didn’t save on Microsoft either. Could you please help

Sorry, basically NO -- you should have written it down.

 

There would not be any point to using Bitlocker if we could provide you the key, now would there.
