Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Received my laptop from getting repair and now it's locked down asking me for Recovery key bitlocker. I have never heard of this and my Microsoft account does not have one. Where or with who can I reach out to obtain one?

Unfortunately, does not help. The device it's a personal use and not for school related.
