Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Completely locked out of my laptop, i did not put the bitlocker nor do i have id recovery, tried the prompt command and NOTHING..

I USE MY LAPTOP FOR WORK WTH!!!

If the information at the link doesn't help, you will have to reinstall Windows and all data on the drive is unrecoverable without the BitLocker key.
