Hey everyone, want your help. I was just working on my PC then I just did "update and restart" i usually do and then this "bitlocker recovery key" blue screen showed up.

Note: I never set this key so I don't know how to fix it. I checked my MS accounts also there was no key backed up. Please help me out with this.

Hi:

You will have to reinstall Windows on the notebook if you want to use it again.

That is your only option when you don't have the Bitlocker recovery key.

Is there any way I can bypass it.

Unfortunately, no.

Use the cloud recovery tool on another PC to create a bootable USB recovery drive to reinstall the original HP factory software image.
