Stuck on bitlocker loop even after entering recovery key

After you enter the recovery key, disable bitlocker. (method 1)

You can also disable or enable bitlocker using windows powershell as explained here.

if the problem continues then

Method 2: Boot into Advanced Startup Options

  1. On the BitLocker screen, press Esc instead of entering the key.

  2. Hold the power button for 10 seconds to force shutdown.

  3. Repeat the shutdown process 3 times; on the 3rd boot, Windows should enter Advanced Recovery Options.

  4. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Repair.

  5. If Startup Repair fails, select System Restore and choose a restore point before the issue began.

Let me know if method 2 works as I have not tried it only now read that it might work.

if the 48 character code is rejected, then look for errors in this set  ilL1oO0D8B5S are easily mixed up depending on the font used.
