Hello, my HP stream 11 laptop comes on and I get to sign in but when it loads it says preparing windows but the screen turn black after and I can move my mouse, does anyone have any solutions for my problem?

Are you trying to install a retail copy of Windows? 

 

I see that your computer is shipped with only 32GB eMMC card and only 2GB of memory. You can go ahead and install Windows 10 on the computer however it will be very slow and you may not get the proper drivers for the your computer.
