Product: HP Notebook - 15-ac108na (ENERGY STAR)

Having trouble with my notebook. 
ive run tests and the hard drive short failed, I have no what to do next and In desperate need for it to work in the midst of my coursework. I haven’t gotten any progress. It logs on fine, just when it gets to the home page it just doesn’t load and begins to flash it’s bottom tool bar.

Hi

MAKE BACKUPS AND RECOVERY MEDIA IMMEDIATELY

You potentially have a failing hard disk.

 

Then buy a new hard disk and fit it and re-install everything.

 

If in doubt please ask, after making backups and recovery media.
