Please help me, my boyfriends laptop is a "Victus by HP Gaming Laptop" Windows 11. He's gotten the blue screen error code thing and I've tried factory resetting it several times through every option possible. I've run all the tests they say nothing is wrong. I've tried trouble shooting it, still nothing, restarting it, nothing, just powering it off and leaving it be for a bit then coming back and turning it back on and it still does the blue screen error. We've gotten our hopes up a couple tomes with it saying firmware update and then it goes straight back to the blue screen. I have no idea what to do next and I'm using going to a tech shop my last resort.
