I  keep getting the error message:

You PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. 

We're just collecting some error info, and then

we'll restart for you. (0%) Complete

If you'd like to more can search online later for this error:

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDELED (iaStor A.sys)

I tried start up menu F11;recovery, the Laptop cycles like if it running recovery but then takes me back to same error message. 

Keeps looping, I need help please I am very novice with regards to laptops.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and you are getting an error message.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and perform a system reset and check whether the issue is resolved.

Unfortunately those options did not work. The notebook does not give me those options when it reboots it give the error message.
