Hi
i really need assistance, i bought Hp Rhyzen 3 3250U AMD with RADEON Graphics at Sportscene three months ago, the laptop was on display so i bought it since i need it for school work and stuff, the second week it showed signes of system failiour and literally factory resetted it like 4 times trying to solve the issue, the following day went back to sportscene quering about the return and exchange policy but they said they cant do anything and they cant do an exchange for me, i have to go to HP Repair Offices so basically im stuck with this mess. i googled their offices but they are located in Gauteng>Johanessburg and im in Cape Town, thats 2.5 days travelling.
i stayed with this isssue some apps dont wanna open it crashes with wired error messages from Microsoft, i did even try to contact Hp but they were no use but to tell me to restart, check this run that download this but the issue kept on getting worser
YESTERDAY i was writting my assignment on word around 23h00, i switched it off as usual and went to sleep, when i wake up today wanting to continue with my assignment, it shows a bluescreen saying that there was an error booting up, and i should restart it, i pressed restart and loaded but this is what is said:
YOUR DEVICE RAN INTO SOME PROBLEM
PREPARING AUTOMATIC REPAIR
DIAGNOSING YOUR PC
YOUR PC DID NOT START CORRECTLY (and requres a restart) i tapped restart and repeated the process but this time it gave me this error message:
C:\\Windows\System32\LogFiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt
and there is only one option called ADVANCED SETTINGS which included the following:
CONTINUE: which didnt help
USE A DEVICE
TROUBLESHOOT - the thing with troubleshoot is that i am not allowed to wipe clean and delete everything, i cant reset to default settings, i tried every option there until i came accross a section called SYSTEM IMAGE RECOVERY, and this was the error it showed;
RE-IMAGING YOUR COMPUTER
WINDOWS CANNOT FIND A SYSTEM IMAGE ON THIS COMPUTER.......
on a separate PC (Windows 10) i downloaded something called Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices for my Hp windows 11 (the one that is giving me issues) on the Hp website https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 the file was about 6.8GB saved on my windows 10, now i dont know what to do....
Yes i did try the SFC /scannow it said it repaired some stuff and i tried chkdsk /r as well as cskdsk /f but still nothing, i tried DSIM /Online /(i forgot the end string but one ended with RestoreHealth and the other ended with CheckHealth or something)
PLEASE ASSIST ME, I AM WRITTING THIS AS OF TODAY (22 SEPTEMBER 2024 12:35) AND I HAVE TO SUBMIT THIS ASSIGNMENT BY (30 SEPTEMBER 2024) AND COUNTS 30% TOWARDS MY END OF YEAR MARK....😭😭😭😭

You have done all the usual repairs such as SFC.
Have you run diagnostics or done the cloud restore?
Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on. . Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.
If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty and Click here for world-wide contact info
if UEFI diagnostics pass then you can try restoring to factory conditions with cloud restore. You will need to re-install any licensed software and backup your documents first.
Cloud recovery provides all the custom HP drivers.
Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

Alternately, download from the MS windows store
