Hi I have 2BU46EA#AB8 product numbered laptop and I have bluescreen problem from February. My computer stacks even when playing Battlefield 1 and doing alt+tab then after few minutes (fig 1) this bluescreen shows up. Also this happens when I use Solidworks, Autocad, Ansys also when playing other games too just like Battlefield. One more example to them in GTA V when I trying this https://youtu.be/cq89RCJvKxE .  I can understand if a bluescreen will show up via(fig 2) task manager.

@canoao , welcome to the forum.

It appears from what I have read that the (nvddmkm.sys) at the end of the error message is telling you that you have a problem with your nVidia driver: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/

I suggest that you install the latest version available.  Once you have done this, please let me know what happens.

Thank you for the additional information, @canoao!

Here is a guide that may help you solve your problem: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/video-memory-management-internal-blue-screen

There doesn't seem to be one single solution to the problem.  These BSOD errors can be caused by software or hardware.  Try the guide to see if anything helps.

You are welcome, @canoao!

I have run out of ideas.  I suggest that you contact Microsoft's Customer Support to see what they have to say.  They are the experts on their product and know what the error message mean.
