Hello, the bluetooth on my HP elitebook Revolve 810 G2 ( operatin on window 10 64bit) bluetooth stopped working almost a month ago, i have gone to Hp site to download bluetooth driver, but still nothing.
pls what could be done

Hi:
According to the product specs for your notebook, it comes with an Intel 7260 AC wifi/Bluetooth adapter.
Was the Bluetooth working fine on W10?
If so, the only suggestion I can offer, would be to try the latest Bluetooth driver directly from Intel.
1st file at the top left side of the page.
If the BT was working fine on W10 previously, and the above driver doesn't resolve the issue, make sure the BT is turned on in W10.
If it is, then most likely the Intel 7260 Wifi card needs to be replaced, as the Bluetooth radio on the card's circuit board has probably failed.
