 I've tried doing F10 

F11 goes back to this screen

I Understand that your concern, don’t worry I will help you with this . 

  1. Run the HP UEFI Hard Drive Test
    • Turn off the laptop and then turn it back on while pressing Esc repeatedly.
    • From the menu, press F2 to enter System Diagnostics.
    • Select Hard Drive Test and run both the Quick and Extensive tests.
  2. Update the BIOS
    • Check HP’s support website for the latest BIOS version for your laptop model.
    • Update the BIOS following HP’s instructions, then test the system again to see if the error persists.

Once you’ve done these steps, please let me know the results of the Hard Drive test
