So my laptop had a black screen and I couldn’t fix it so I troubleshooted it in the bios and just decided to choose the option, “save and reinstall windows,” at least I think that’s what it’s called. It took a long time and during the wait my laptop ran out of battery during the troubleshoot and when I turned it back on it showers me the boot device not found screen. This was very recent and happened around 2019 of January and I still haven’t gotten it fixed. I tried everything, the memory check, hard drive check, putting the default bios, and trying legacy support but nothing happens. Any suggestion to save my laptop?

Hello @Brandon27
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I suspect that you get this message because you attempted to restore your device to factory default settings and the PC was in a setup/reinstall mode. However, since the PC ran out of battery during this very vulnerable time, you were left with half installed operating system.
Follow the steps in the attached PDF file (below) to perform clean Windows reinstallation on this machine. Hope this helps - let me know.

How did you create the USB bootable media ?
Did you use the Microsoft media creation tool ? If yes, was it successful ? If you used it, can you try again one more time ? Can you try plugging the USB into a different USB port ?

I am afraid you cannot use the Media Creation Tool app on Mac. This app only runs on Windows.
If you want to try making a bootable media on Mac, you can follow these steps >> https://www.windowscentral.com/how-create-windows-10-installer-usb-drive-mac
