I turned my device on and it immediately went to a black screen with a blue box saying ‘boot device not found’ and that I need to ‘install and operating system on my hard disk’ with the error being Hard disk - (3FO)

Don't worry bro, your problem is the same as mine. It happened because Windows installed KB5035942 (Windows Configuration Update)

After the blue screen, it is better to hold down the power button on your laptop so that your laptop turns off and does not restart.

Currently my laptop is undergoing a symptom test after I contacted HP Customer Care in my country via WhatsApp.

If previously your laptop's was normal, that means the hard disk is fine.
