It does not boot even hitting F4 key.  BTW, I've tried all Fs keys and even "Esc" key with all Fs key.

I didn't say you can boot using F4. I said F4 switches to external display- but only works after booting to Windows. A laptop is set by default to use internal display screen and is switched manually to external. A laptop will not display to external screen before booting unless it is in a docking station attached to external display. And that usually only works for "business" class laptops like Elitebook.

Is there a way I see it booting when its internal display screen is not working?
