Hello, Paul,

 

Once again, my great thanks of your efforts and I appreciate all you've done in what I now regard as "a wild gooses chase" as far getting help from HP is concerned. 

 

I  had a lot of trouble signing in to send this reply and, after three and a hald years of struggies, it serves to confirm what a discouragingly uncooperative company HP is. Shame on HP. By the way, more attempts to register my mobile phone with HP has just failed again. Need I say more?

 

Once again my thanks and a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the UK.

 

PS What HP IS good for sending a stream of emails trying to sell more of its products. Helping customers already with  products is of little concern. Increasing sales and paying executives fat bonuses, as a result, is no doubt their priority by a low way!
