Can you try to get to the advanced boot option by tapping "F8" on start up?
If you can get to the advanced boot options you can try the options for "Last known good configuration" and "Safe Mode".

Good job,TunaCutter! I would use one of the free keyfinder apps to retrieve the license key you used ( if you don't have it), write it down somewhere safe for next time.

Hey Cheryl, I just realized that it didn't accept my product key, but instead, it skipped me because of too many tries, and I have 26 days to activate my windows. The product key is really hard to read. And since I didn't entered the correct product keys, the key finder program was pretty much useless. What do you think I should do. I have a Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit).

Hello Bhud,
You are getting a message stating “Bootmgr is missing” , is that correct? I will be happy to help you.
Can you please provide the full make and model of the computer you have, If you are unsure where to locate that information have a look at this link for help if needed.
Please respond back at your earliest convenience.
Thanks

I get BOOTMGR is missing, Press Ctrl +Alt + Del to restart. I had done this and goes back to same screen, I have checked the BIOS and reloded the defaults, and it still bring me to this same error. Any idea's?
