Purchased new from Amazon a couple of days ago. Went to setup today and there is no pre-installed Office 365 (suppose to come with one year free license to Office 365 Personal) and on registering the brand new product from Amazon, the HP website is saying that the Warranty expired in November 24 (started November 23).

What's going on HP? Bit of a con no? Machine was brand new and boxed. 

And to get support you want an additional £9.99 a month?
