Bugs in SP45774 software Win7 USB recovery

Bug in this software  finally during startup give hardware error

I used 32GB USB    formatted Sandisk  

Twice  did I get both times same error I am not going third  time 

Who tested this software and which machine?

Your pictures can take several hours to be approved.

1. Download the file by clicking the "Download" or "Obtain Software" button and saving the file to a folder on your hard drive (make a note of the folder wherethe downloaded file is saved).
2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

Hello I am a user of HP laptop since 2008 

I all procedures installing software and ruble shoot  

Here I noticed  no one accept HP fault

You make a good point.

I started using computers before Laptops were invented, so most of my time is with Desktops.

 But I notice that the calendar length of anyone here is important to you, as is berating volunteers who offer their best efforts.  One example of you "courtesy" towards us...

I am using IBM mainframe and other DEC digital equipment corporation PDP 11/44 series since in 1987  no floppy invention only cartridge was there, so please don't count my experience at your knowledge.

I also give advice here o correct person
