Some HP computers have a small-capacity SSD (solid state disk) that is used as a "cache", to improve the performance of the computer.

The snapshot that you posted suggests that your computer has one, and that it is logically "corrupted".

If your computer has this SSD, I suggest that you remove the SSD, and restart the computer.

The computer will run without the SSD.

If it successfully starts Windows, then the SSD was the problem.

Replace it.

Did you wait until that "Phase 2" processing reached 100% ?

Did that "Phase 2" processing stop at 50% ?

Did you give the computer a few hours to try to get to 100% ?
