Hi,

I am here to ask, will the graphic card or the mother board becoming damage as we let them in 'ON' staring 12 noon to 10pm at night?

Or do they damage if i use my laptop in a warm room (no air-conditioner and no spinning fan) and let my laptop on a table in a warm temperature?

I am worried about the graphic card and mother board condition as i noticed my laptop got freeze so many time after connected to internet.

Please help me.

Hi

Is there a need to leave it turned on?

Is there a shutdown of the system after hours of inactivity?

Heat generally kills computers.

Hi

Do you have a fault with the PC?

Do shops that sell PC's run their display models in a heated showroom for 10 - 12 hours?

First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

I forgot to tell you, my laptop is in the best condition if i did not connect to internet, but when i connect to internet it stuck many places and time.

So what is your opinion?

Got infected by virus?

some people put malware in my internet line?

or my internet has been stolen by someone?

Hi

"Got infected by virus?"

Yet again your description is a little vague, but running an Anti-Virus etc is standard practice.

Maybe https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/

and https://www.bitdefender.com/solutions/free.html

I also use https://usa.kaspersky.com/downloads/tdsskiller

Getting stuck could be a problem with slow webpages or large downloads or ............
