Product: pavilion 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can anyone tells me why the apps called Film & TV and also the groove music cannot work? i clicked and then it's rolling and rolling.

 

This happened after i done the recovery process. And now i only can play my media via the Windows Media player (not my favourite).

  http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html

 

It will play nearly all audio and video formats.
