I don't believe that you are using the right version of the tool.

 

The one in your screenshot is only for business class notebooks.

 

You need to use this version that I zipped up and attached below...

It already worked, thank you very much.

 

I can't use it now because my USB is 16GB, I have to buy a 32GB one.

That is correct.

 

You need a 32 GB USB flash drive to use this version of the cloud recovery tool.

 

The other one you used that gave the wrong model number needs a 16 GB USB flash drive.
