Hi,
I just bought my laptop a week ago and I don't like the new Windows 11 right now. There are too many bugs, and it's really inconvenient for me to learn how to navigate it as I need to use it for my work right away. I have my old Windows 10 serial and I want to install/reformat it on my laptop. I don't want to ditch whatever is preinstalled in this laptop, so I want to be able to access it or reset it back to the way it was once I find Windows 11 more stable to use.
Is it possible? How can I do that?

Hi:
Use the free Macrium Reflect software to create a system image, store it on a portable hard drive, and create the bootable rescue drive that you boot from to access the system image stored on the hard drive.
Macrium Software | Reflect Free Edition
Then you will have to clean install W10 on the PC.
You don't need a product key. I am pretty sure the product key in the BIOS also works for W10.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
