Product: HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G10 Notebook PC (6V5Y1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My cursor arrow sometimes becomes resistant to my movement on the touchpad. I suspect it to be a driver conflict with the mouse/touchpad driver. I'm guilty of using a driver app to update my laptop. Before I do a re-install, it there any way for me to replace all drivers with only the ones Windows Update would have provided?
I have an HP 840 laptop fully updated. I'm able to recover my touchpad function by turning my laptop off and holding the power button down for 60 seconds; this apparently resets something about the interaction of BIOS info with the laptop programming.
