I have a question.
My zero button on keyboard of my laptop has been a bit broken since last month.
I do not know to say it was broken or actually melted inside, because every time i need to press a bit stronger there to give out zero digit on screen.
Is there any wrong with my keyboard?

To answer the question in your thread title -- no -- the heat from the laptop and the surrounding heat (unless you have really HOT air blowing directly on the keyboard) will not melt or soften the keys.
But as to having to press harder, the underlying support for the keys does wear out over time, so this is to be expected.
