Hello, I'm trying to restore my chromebook, but when I enter the model (FALCO C2B-E3C-L7Q) in the recovery site the (google.com/chrome os/recovery) the model isnt't recognized , I tried all other hp chromebook 14 installers but always the same error "the device you inserted doesn't have a chrome operative system". I couldn't find the installer of the exact model, thank you in advance

I understand your concerns.
In that case, I would suggest you contact our phone support and check.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
Have a nice day!!

I follow the steps and the response was:
"This product is no longer supported by HP. You can search for possible solutions on the support website."
Thanks for your help
