Product: Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A4AV)

I recently bought a hp victus 15 , after trying to turn off its performance boost and failing I restarted it.

But when I came to sign in screen I couldn't get past it. Like there is sign in button I press it and nothing happens. I also couldn't get to troubleshoot as on choose an option screen there is only turning off the device
