My mother's computer stopped working after a month. "Boot Device Not Found"
When I try to get support, I get routed to the Virtual Agent. I follow all the directions and enter all the questions and we get almost to the point of connecting me to an agent, but when I try to enter the product name, the system doesn't recognize it. I've tried every way I can think of to enter the product name, but I keep getting stuck in an endless loop. What else should I try?

I agree - there appears to be a nice product number for this model in the specifications

The exact product does not show up elsewhere.
