Can't install windows after disabling Intel Optane Memory.

Hi, just came into possession of this old laptop. As an experiment I tried to install Linux on it, because I figured it'd be a safe testbed for that since it isn't my only computer.  When I go to the installation part though, it said I needed to disable Intel Rapid Storage Technology to proceed. So, I went into the computer's BIOS and under "UEFI HII Configuration" I did something that I think said it removed the Optane Memory thing from my hard drive. Then when I went back to the Linux installation, it said I still had RST enabled which is confusing because I thought I'd just turned it off, so I figured it just won't work with my PC. I've now gone back and tried to reinstall Windows 10 (it's old OS,) but now when I get to the part where it says it's installing everything and it finishes, the screen goes black and it resets to the start where it's asking for language and keyboard layout. I don't care about any data stored on this computer, I just need help getting it functional again.

It sounds like when the system restarts after a file installation process is complete, it boots back into a W10 installation usb drive.

Try to physically remove the usb drive when the system restarts and the screen turns black. This may force the notebook to boot from the hard drive.

If you reply, please provide the model number or the product number (ProdID), which you can find on the bottom cover of your notebook.
