Hi all,
I can't load the recovery from HP.
Checking product nr I get "Item0015"
and then contact HP, but that does'nt work, they are to busy....

Hi:
I have noticed in the last few months that HP seems to be removing cloud recovery tool support for notebook model series 5 years or older, and they have not communicated this situation.
Hundreds of notebooks that used to be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool no longer are.
If you need to reinstall W10, you will have to use the Microsoft media creation tool to make a bootable W10 installation flash drive from the link below:
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page:

Yes, this has been done without notification or advance warning, so my advice to anyone now is to make the cloud recovery tool media within the first year of purchasing a HP consumer class PC and save it for future use.
