On HP 15-dw3000 (1A3Y5AV), serial Edited — BIOS updated to latest.

Loading Secure Boot keys (Load HP Factory Default Keys) causes the system to freeze on boot, before Secure Boot is even enabled.

Confirmed UEFI mode, GPT disk, TPM/PTT enabled, no CSM/Legacy, no conflicting boot entries, hypervisor features disabled.

Clearing keys resolves the freeze; loading them reproduces it every time.

@yassine_zarouk :Thank you for your patience,

We know this isn't the answer many customers were hoping for.

Our engineers' latest advice is to follow the steps in the Technical Knowledge Base (TKB).
Resetting the TPM might fix the issue for some computers, but it can also affect Windows security settings and may require extra setup or recovery. That's why we included a warning so you can decide whether to try it. BIOS updates are carefully tested before release. For older products that are no longer supported, we may not be able to release new BIOS updates.

At this time, this is our final recommendation. If anything changes in the future, we'll share an update through our community.
