I can't open my laptop, I'm scared to brake it.something on the mouse touch pad is hard to take.

It is safe to pull harder ?  Should I try something else

Something on the touchpad? If you can get a thin material (like a credit card or blade) and gently swipe around the touchpad area and try again, I think you'll be fine.

 

I suggest you try looking at the hinges of your laptop to see if something is broken there? Your question was not very detailed, could you provide more information about your problem?
