Since you are new user and to prevent SPAM, the pictures must be approved/reviewed by a forum moderator. This is a standard practice
I have notified them to do it as soon as possible. Please, be patient, the pictures will appear (soon/once reviewed)

Hello @Aryan29
Your pictures were approved by an HP forum moderator and I can see that you show the same pictures with the HP Recovery media.
As mentioned in my first reply to you, HP Recovery media does not support all PC models. For some reason you might be creating wrong media, if the motherboard has been replaced or tempered with, the recovery will also fail. There are many reasons.... let us not discuss them.
So , if HP Cloud Recovery does not work for your model for whatever reason, there are other ways for you to install Windows 10 on this machine -> please perform fresh clean "vanilla" installation following the steps in the enclosed PDF file. This will involve that you create your own Windows installation media (this is Microsoft method) and will not include HP recovery media.
For your convenience, I am attaching the PDF instructions again (below). Please, check it out.
Let me know how it goes

You can manually download the latest drivers for your model from HP website here >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
You can install them (if needed) after the Windows installation.
Note that if you follow my instructions in the PDF, after you install Windows and run Windows Update, your drivers should be auto-downloaded and auto-installed by means of Windows Updates. You do not need to do anything else, anything special (if all works as expected).
Happy New Year 2021 !
