Product: HP Stream 11-ak0000 Laptop PC (528P3AV)

Can you install Windows 7 on a HP Stream 11-ak0000? Kinda want to install it. I also want all the drivers.
Audio, wifi, ect.

You wouldn't be able to do that because there are no W7 storage controller drivers for the 64 GB/32 GB eMMC flash drive, so W7 will not see the drive in order to install.
