Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs136nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I had to install a brand new SSD on my 15-bs136nl, so I need to reinstall the os from scratch.

The only other PC I have access to is a company laptop (win10) that only lets me sign in on Microsoft Store with the company account, which is limited.

 

Hence, I cannot use Microsoft Store to install the "HP Cloud Recovery Tool". 

 

how can I download an Win11 (or Win10) OS image suitable for install on my laptop?

 Alternatively, is there  way to download the "HP Cloud Recovery Tool" app without using Microsoft Store?

I have zipped up and attached below, the cloud recovery tool you need.

 

You have to run the tool as administrator.
