Product: ENVY dv6-7290ef
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My ENVY dv6-7290ef drivers page doesn't load up after clicking this link : http://support.hp.com/fr-fr/product/HP-ENVY-dv6-Notebook-PC-series/5296055/model/5311795/drivers/ !

Tried every other link, HP detected the product... still not working 😕

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Then, I would suggest you check your Browser settings to see if you are being prevented from accessing certain sites.

 

I tried this with two different Browsers and displayed the page with no problems.

Thank you, I've tried with another laptop and it worked 🙂 My laptop got hit by some ransomware and encrypted the recovery partition. If I download windows 8.1 from microsoft's page and Install it, would my windows key still work ?
