I keep getting Win10 error 2502 and 2503 when trying to install LibreOffice.  I went in and changed permissions  for a specific users and the install worked. Now the real problem. One of the solves said I should boot into safe mode to see if any existing software was bunging the system. That's all well and good but the usual suspects (hitting a function key) to get into safe mode wouldn't work. So, short of throwing dem bones or sacrificing Queen Elizabeth 1, what is needed to enter safe mode?

@RealGomer

You're probably pressing F8 to get into safe mode -- and that does not work in Win10.

I've tried every function key between F4 and F12.

@RealGomer

The instructions I linked to do NOT use function keys -- so read what is there and quit looking for shortcuts.
