Product: Aspire 5315
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

I have an Acer aspire 5315. Running Windows Vista. I don't have the user access password and I do not have the administrator password. administrator password has been set but I do not have it. I have no passwords at all. How can I reformat and reinstall a new operating system?
