Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I've got the audio driver from https://support.hp.com/vn-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-240-g8-notebook-pc/38122904 but I cannot install it on my HP 240 G8. What happened was that after it was extracted to disk C, there was a black pop-up showing install.exe and it just went silent, no more windows for the next step. 

 

P/S: I'm doing this because I'm fixing the missing stereo mix issue. I've checked (right clicked to show the hidden ones) this option on the Recording tab in Sound property, but there is not a thing like that.

I tried the 1st and then 2nd on the list. After extracting, the installation process began, just a black window with 2 sentences in white color showed up. Then it disappeared after 10s or so.
