Why can I not log into my microsoft account if I have changed it .  I am trying to sign onto my laptop HP15

Did you receive any error by inputing the new password?

 

Try these basic troubleshooting steps firstly:

  • Verify that Caps Lock is turned off and your email address is spelled correctly. 
  • Clear your browser history (here's how for Microsoft Edge and for Internet Explorer).
  • Try signing in to your account from a different internet browser.
