Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
HP Laptop 17-cn0xxx screen flashes normal, black normal.
I have tried every diagnostic HP, Microsoft and Intel offer to no avail.
I am now attempting to recover to factory settings, however when I am supposed to enter the recovery key, I can only type numbers, but no letters, thus I cannot enter the key.
**bleep** mate?

FYI... I have determined the problem I am having with the display flashing to black and back intermittently, has now stopped completely as I removed the installed DISPLAY ADAPTER from Intel and replaced it with the MICROSOFT BASIC DISPLAY ADAPTER...
